Why don’t I save us all some time? As long as you’re not trying to redistribute my product in whole or part it’s free for you to use in any medium. This product is designed for you to be creative with. Make something with it and have fun!

• The link in the email doesn’t work, what do I do? I’m panicking, HELP!
  • DON’T PANIC! In some email clients, part of the link will be forced to the next line causing a broken link. Don’t panic! Select ALL of the text (this includes the text that was forced to the next line), copy and paste it into your browser, There will be a space where the link was forced to the next line, remove the space that was caused by the break and you should be good! If you’re having problems again, DON’T PANIC! We’re always here to help you, email us @ support@forgingfire.com, we’ll email you back with the unbroken link.
• I downloaded your product and now I can’t find it, what do I do? I’m panicking, HELP!
  • DON’T PANIC! This happens ALOT with Windows users, when will you people learn MAC is the only way! In most cases if you didn’t specify where to download, 9 times out of 10 it is under USERS then navigate to YOU then navigate to DOWNLOADS. If you still can’t find it and your link has expired, email us @ support@forgingfire.com and we will reset your link.
• I exceeded the download limit, what do I do? I’m panicking, HELP!
  • DON’T PANIC! This typically happens with low bandwidth customers or those with bad connections. Email us @ support@forgingfire.com and we will reset your link.
• The link expired, what do I do? I’m panicking, HELP!
  • DON’T PANIC! Email us @ support@forgingfire.com and we will reset your link.
• I never got a confirmation email with my link, what do I do? I’m panicking, HELP!
  • DON’T PANIC! Email us @ support@forgingfire.com and we will get you your link. This doesn’t happen often but you never know.
