    hi great tutorial however i cannot find shine. i am using version 9. i have looked thru the menus but cannot find it.

    Shine is a Trapcode plugin. It does not come with AE out of the box. You can go to http://www.trapcode.com/products_shine.html to learn more about the product and where to buy it. You can always use our glint preset in it’s place.
